Nukkadwala Wallet

  1. In case of any dispute(s), Nukkadwala reserves the right to a final decision on the interpretation of these terms & conditions.
  2. Nukkadwala reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions, price(s) of the product, end the offer(s)/promotion(s), or call back any or all of its offer(s)/promotion(s) without prior notice.
  3. The transaction must be initiated and completed by the user within the Nukkadwala store(s)/online orders/phone orders.
  4. Wallet reward(s)/Cashback credited to a user cannot be withdrawn to any linked bank account(s), cancelled or transferred to other user(s) unless specifically provided hereunder.
  5. Nukkadwala shall not be liable for expired balance if not used as per the company policies.
  6. If the order amount exceeds the wallet amount/rewards/Cashback, then the payment shall be completed via other mode(s) of payment available at that point of time.
  7. Nukkadwala shall not be responsible for any claims arising out of any failure(s) which is beyond the reasonable control of Nukkadwala. Without limiting the generality of the already mentioned, Nukkadwala shall not be responsible for any claims arising out of technical failure(s) before, during, or after the completion of any campaign(s)/ promotion(s) including but not limited to failure(s) in the mobile connectivity, delay in sending or receiving the SMS for participating in/ utilizing the campaign(s)/ promotion(s), delay in any activity, action initiated or auctioned through your mobile phones, failure of servers, or failure arising out of any technical snags.
  8. Please note that some of the food may/ may not be suitable for certain person(s). One must check the dish or read its description (if provided) prior to placing any order. Nukkadwala shall not be liable in the event food ordered by you does not meet your dietary or any other requirements and restrictions.
  9. Any person shall not use the food purchased from the Nukkadwala store(s), online/ phone food ordering services for resale purposes.
  10. Cancellations: Once an order is placed and accepted by the Restaurant, it shall not be eligible for cancellation.
  11. No two offers can be clubbed together.
  12. Taxes extra as applicable.


Nukkadwala Loyalty Program

  1. Loyalty will be given on a bill value of Rs. 100 and above.
  2. One point is equal to Re. 1.
  3. The customer will get 5 points accumulated in their wallet for every Rs. 100 spent. That is 5% points of total bill value.
  4. Redemption can happen if a customer has a minimum balance of 50 points.
  5. Customer can redeem max. 200 points per visit, which is Rs. 200 on one bill.
  6. Customer can collect as many points as possible.
  7. Loyalty program is applicable in dine in, delivery and takeaway.
  8. Customer cannot redeem loyalty points if they apply any other offer in dine in or delivery.
  9. These points cannot be clubbed with other mobile number. Only registered mobile number can avail these points.
  10. Points in the wallet will expire every 3 months.
  11. Credited wallet balance has to be utilized within the time specified by the company.
  12. The terms for the Loyalty program begin with the first purchase and will be valid till such time your Loyalty program expires.
  13. These rewards/ points cannot be redeemed/ exchanged for another gift voucher/gift card/money.
