Chicken Paratha Roll

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken boneless 1 pound
  2. Finely chop half a cup of mint
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Finely chop 1 onion
  5. 2 lemons
  6. 1 green chilli
  7. Pepper half a teaspoon
  8. Half a tablespoon of chopped red pepper
  9. Ginger Garlic Paste Half a teaspoon
  10. Fry and grind 1 teaspoon of white cumin
  11. 1 tablespoon of oil
  12. A cup of flour
  13. Pour a cup of oil to knead the flour
  14. Half a cup of flour
  15. Add salt to taste
  16. Half a cup of thick tamarind juice
  17. Grind half a tablespoon
  18. Fry and grind half a tablespoon of cumin for sauce
  19. Chopped red pepper for half a tablespoon of sauce

Synthesis:

  • Heat oil in a frying pan, add chicken, garlic, ginger paste and salt and cook till the water is dry. When the water is dry, add red chilli powder, white cumin, lemon juice, chopped black pepper, green pepper and mint. 
  • Lightly fry and take off. For prathas, mix flour, oil and salt to taste and knead. Then make pies and take vines one by one.
  • Then apply oil and make pies for prathas. Bake well and apply oil on both the sides. When it turns brown, take it off. Mix and cook for 5 minutes, then put chicken in the middle of pratha, add tamarind sauce and make rolls with onion. 
  • Prepare all the rolls in the same way. Delicious roasted chicken pratha rolls are ready.

 Chicken Fujita Roll

Ingredients :

  1. Chicken Fujita Roll
  2. Chicken Breast – 250 grams
  3. Salt … a teaspoon
  4. Paprika or red pepper … a teaspoon
  5. Cumin Powder – 1 teaspoon
  6. Lemon juice … four tablespoons
  7. Capsicum
  8. Onion
  9. Tomatoes
  10. Bread or pratha
  11. Dip ؛
  12. Mayo: Half a cup of green coriander. Four tablespoons
  13. Lemon juice two tablespoons salt a quarter teaspoon
  14. Mix all the ingredients

synthesis:

(1) Cut the chicken breast in two.
(2) Then mix in lemon juice, salt, paprika or red pepper and cumin and keep for 30 minutes.
(3) Fry the chicken in a pan. When it turns brown, cut it into small pieces.
(4) Take out the capsicum, onion and tomato seeds and cut them into long pieces.
(5) Put vegetables in the same bowl in which the chicken was my net, add spices and sleep in a tablespoon of oil.
(6) Now put tartars as or mayo garlic on the bread or pratha, put chicken and vegetables on it, roll it and serve.

Chicken Cheese Rolls

Ingredients:

  1. 250 grams of chicken
  2. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Crushed red pepper 3/4 teaspoon
  5. 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
  6. Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
  7. Coriander 4 tablespoons
  8. 3 green chilies
  9. 2 tablespoons of oil
  10. 1 piece of medium onion
  11. Samosa strip 250 grams
  12. To fry oil

Synthesis:

  • Heat oil, add 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and fry. Now add 250 grams chicken and fry till it changes color. 
  • Then add 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add 3/4 teaspoon ground red chilies and 2 teaspoons soy sauce and fry. 
  • Add 4 tablespoons finely chopped ginger and 3 finely chopped green chilies. Then cool the filling.
  •  Then fill the 250g samosa strip with the filling paste and fry. Finally, serve it with ketchup.

Spring Rolls

Ingredients:

  1. To make the filling
  2. 4 tablespoons of oil
  3. A cup of boiled chicken
  4. A cup of finely chopped carrots
  5. Vegetables are also added to it.
  6. A cup of finely chopped capsicum
  7. A cup of finely chopped cabbage
  8. A cup of finely chopped green onions
  9. A teaspoon of salt or to taste
  10. A teaspoon of chopped pepper
  11. Chopped red pepper half a teaspoon
  12. Two tablespoons of soy sauce
  13. A tablespoon of vinegar
  14. A teaspoon of white cumin
  15. For roll:
  16. Roll strip 12 pieces
  17. A tablespoon of flour
  18. Water as required
  19. To fry oil

Synthesis:

  • Heat four tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, add white cumin and fry.
  • These rolls can be frozen for up to a month. 
  • Then put the chicken, all the vegetables and spices in this frying pan and mix well while frying for five minutes and letting the filling cool down.
  • Mix a tablespoon of flour with a little water to make a paste.
  • Fold in the roll strips with some filling and stick the edges with the flour paste.
  • Heat oil for deep frying in a separate pan, add the prepared rolls one by one and fry on medium heat till golden.
  • Hot rolls can be served with mint, tamarind sauce or ketchup.
  • Rolls prepared before frying can be frozen for up to a month, while frying can be used as needed.

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken fillet. Half a kilo
  2. Black paper . A teaspoon
  3. Mustard powder. A teaspoon
  4. Salt A teaspoon
  5. Chinese salt (Ajinomoto). One and a half teaspoon
  6. Westershire sauce – two teaspoons
  7. Oil – as needed
  8. For Better:
  9. Flour – two teaspoons
  10. Baking powder A quarter teaspoon
  11. Cornflour. Two tablespoons
  12. Egg A number
  13. Rice flour. Two tablespoons
  14. cold water. As required
  15. Salt – half a teaspoon
  16. For coating:
  17. Corn flakes. A cup
  18. Brad Crumbs. A cup
  19.  Bun As required
  20. Mayonnaise As required
  21. Salad leaves. As required
  22. Cheese slice As required

Tip: Mince the chicken with all the spices for 24 hours.

  • For the batter: Combine all the batter ingredients and make a thick batter.
  • For coating: Mix all the components of the coating together.
  • Dip my netted chicken in the batter and coat with the prepared coating. Now fry it till golden brown. Cut the bun into two pieces and spread mayonnaise on it. Then chicken, salad leaves and cheese. Place the slices. Serve hot with chili sauce and ketchup

Synthesis:

  • Put small pieces of potato, boneless chicken noodles or any type of homemade pasta in separate pots to boil and after washing and drying the green coriander and chilies in it for a while, add the rest of the finely chopped spices.
  •  Mix except corn starch. 
  • Take special care not to over-salt because potatoes are also boiled in salt, there will be salt in the cheese and ajinomoto is also salt. 
  • So a pinch of all kinds of salt will suffice. Keep tasting at the same time (in case of excess, boil two more potatoes and mix.)
  • When the chicken, noodles and potatoes are boiled, filter them thoroughly and after squeezing the last drop of water, mash the chicken and potatoes and mix the noodles or pasta with the rest of the spices. 
  • Now, after tasting this mixture, if it looks perfect, make the shapes of your choice, and after the first oil is heated, add the kebabs to the corn starch again on medium heat (if there is no corn starch, then the bread crumbs are also ready.) You can wrap it and put it in oil. One side is ready in two or three minutes. When golden brown, take out and place in a paper towel. Make a lot of fun.
