Position: Assistant Manager/Manager Training
Reporting To: COO-Nukkadwala

Key responsibilities:

  • Design training programmes
  • Conduct TNA for corporate, Commissary, Outlet
  • Conduct training programs for outlets food preparation and soft skills
  • Facilitate Commissary training programme.
  • Take participant feedback and evaluate trainings
  • Visit new units to check systems and processes in place
  • Maintain repository of all manuals
  • Ensures that all procedures are well documented, duly updated and appropriately circulated. 
  • Ensure certification of New Store Ops team in store management skills before opening of store
  • Coordinate and monitor on-the-job training of certified team after opening of store
  • Facilitate in preparation of sales/production training videos
  • Candidate must be open to travel to multiple outlets within Delhi/NCR
