Job Summary:
Restaurant Sales Executives will act as a first point of contact for customer in Nukkadwala. While their main work is to handle payments from customers, they will be responsible for more than just operating the cash register. Since Restaurant Sales Executives are - at times - required to take customers' orders as well, they need to be able to take and pack orders for customers. As part of their work, Restaurant Sales Executives also clean and organize eating areas.

Outlet Manager

Schedule:
This is a full time position. Restaurant Sales Executive will be expected to be flexible in work timings, will be required to work in morning and closing shifts as on need basis.

Required Attributes:

  • Decent communication skills and knowledge of selling techniques
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Good interpersonal and listening skills, as well as ability to handle customer complaints and inquiries
  • Diligent, able to handle Supply chain management software
  • Resourceful and solution oriented
  • Punctual, strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Schedule flexibility, must be willing and able to holidays, weekends and nights

Required Experience and Skill Set:

  • Prior operational experience of at least 1 year in QSR industry is mandatory.
  • High school Diploma preferred. Degree in Hospitality management desired.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility

Major area of responsibilities and Key Duties:

  • Provide the perfect first impression with a smile and welcome. Has a good presence with arriving customers.
  • Is able to spot a sales opportunity to up sell products and service to existing or potential guests.
  • Has full knowledge of all products and is able to confidently give descriptions to a customer. Can confidently take an order asking all relevant questions linked to sequence of service.
  • Is able to make simple decisions that affect their own work or the customers experience in a positive manner.
  • To understand and comply with all local licensing laws and to promote responsible service of alcohol.
  • Has a full understanding and can when asked explain the brand concept, history and vision.
  • Is required to be immaculate and presentable and understand the importance of first impressions.
  • Ensures problems are dealt with immediately and proactively with the support of Outlet Manager.
  • Is organized both personally and professionally. Is prepared and ready for service.
  • Has good time management skills. Reports for duty, meetings and training on time.
  • Is able to take details of function requests and pass onto manager.
  • Actively engages with colleagues and customers at all times.
