Position: Assistant Manager - Marcom

Key responsibilities:

  • Creating strategies to create Brand Awareness, Brand Visibility and Brand Communication.
  • To create brand awareness & premium brand positioning across all customer segment
  • Implementation of strategies & executing activities (BTL & ATL activities) including detailed monitoring of all advertising and promotion expenses.
  • To develop marketing communication tools to support demand push at P.O.P. (i.e. brand visibility, marketing tools, etc.)
  • To conduct event marketing/PR & other BTL to support demand pull from professional segment
  • Preparing reports & designing brochures and other collaterals as per requirements by coordinating with the team.
  • Activation across exhibitions, trade shows, RWAs and meets, product displays, facade boards, outdoor branding, product displays, development & execution.
  • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Manage digital deployment of program & campaigns including email etc.
  • Ensure integrity of mobile marketing and online marketing and any data feeds imported from social media efforts

  • Ensures the development and implementation of advertising and promotional plans 
    Manages the use of external resources as they pertain to the marketing and communications function (e.g. creative agency, printers, etc.)
  • Ensures all events are planned to capture the attention of the intended audience and the media. Manages the production of each event ensuring all details are managed in a creative, timely and cost efficient manner.
